Data Deletion

Send an email to kernstudioagency@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Data deletion”. Tell us which account or connection you would like removed. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you when it is done.

If you only want to disconnect your social accounts, you can also remove KERN.studio’s access directly from your Meta settings: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove our app. Revoking access stops all publishing immediately.

• Your Meta connection details (Page and Instagram IDs, usernames) and the stored access token.
• The social content, captions, schedules and performance metrics we held for your account.
• On full account deletion: your client portal account, projects, deliveries, comments, files and messages.

We may retain the minimum information required to meet legal and accounting obligations (for example invoicing records), and anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Everything else is permanently removed.
