These terms govern your use of the KERN.studio website and client portal. By using them you agree to the terms below. Specific project work is governed by the separate proposal or contract we agree with you.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to, or interfere with its operation.
Client portal & accounts
Access to the client portal is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. Content in the portal (deliveries, files, comments) is confidential to your engagement with us.
Reviews & revisions
Where a project includes a set number of revision rounds (the portal indicates the limit per delivery), additional rounds may be quoted separately. Approving a delivery in the portal confirms your acceptance of that version.
Intellectual property
The site, its design and our showcased work are owned by KERN.studio or our clients. Rights to commissioned work transfer as set out in the relevant project agreement, typically on full payment.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
